Peaceful condo in a quiet community with great family atmosphere . This is an ideal rental for families and couples alike. Balcony views of both pool and ocean as well as the fresh water pond fully stocked with beautiful, large Koi fish. This condo has parking right at the front door so no luggage carts needed. Once you enter the unit you will find your first bedroom to the right with a queen bed and full bath. Then on to the large kitchen and open concept living room and first floor balcony. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms with king beds and a large shared bathroom with access from either bedroom. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s as well. You will also find a second balcony with those same beautiful views that the first floor balcony has. Tile downstairs and brand new bamboo flooring upstairs. Fully stocked kitchen giving you the option of cooking if you wish. Free wifi and cable. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella included. Sleeps 6, no pets and no smoking. Must be 25+ to rent. Parking passes and arm bands are only $20 for your entire stay.
